We had a great experience planning our kitchen remodel with Tamera and team. When we arrived at the showroom for our first meeting, Tamera already had a proposed layout and design despite us only giving her a few parameters via email. The layout was exactly what we (didn't realize) we wanted, and showcased design skills and attention to detail. We were also able to pick out materials on site in the showroom. There were plenty of tile and counter options on site, and Tamera guided us through our selections so we didn't feel overwhelmed by the choices. We were also really happy with the post-meeting communication via email. Tamera was very responsive, quick to make edits, and got us samples delivered really quickly. My project was a kitchen in an oddly designed space and they spent so much time with me understanding my vision (and several visions thereafter) with patience and enthusiasm. My Luxor cabinets are so nice my contractor could not believe they weren’t custom cabinets - he actually thought I was lying. Luigi painstakingly made all my dreams a reality visually. Ivette and Carlo are anachronisms from the old world of customer care and service. From the moment I walked in, through the process of selecting my countertops, and hurdling through all the Covid delays, they were top-notched in every aspect. Brooklyn Kitchen, Tile and Design is a great, one stop shop. I found not only cabinets, but the tile floor and beautiful counter top all in their show room. The best and surprising part was that their prices were less than Home Depot and Lowe's ! I did all the comparison shopping and the countertop that I ended up getting at BK,T&D was half the price for what I saw in Home Depot.
