I recently had the pleasure of working with Luigi, Carlo and Ivette on a complete reno of my kitchen. I cannot say enough about these 3 amazing people . From the first meeting to designing the kitchen to choosing the countertops, cabinets, hardware, sink and faucet - it could not have been made any easier. Ivette was wonderful sending emails and updates about delivery dates, Luigi doubled the space of my kitchen and Carlo had an incredible amount of patience for me when I wasn’t sure what countertop to choose . We had a great experience planning our kitchen remodel with Tamera and team. When we arrived at the showroom for our first meeting, Tamera already had a proposed layout and design despite us only giving her a few parameters via email. The layout was exactly what we (didn't realize) we wanted, and showcased design skills and attention to detail. We were also able to pick out materials on site in the showroom. There were plenty of tile and counter options on site, and Tamera guided us through our selections so we didn't feel overwhelmed by the choices. We were also really happy with the post-meeting communication via email. Tamera was very responsive, quick to make edits, and got us samples delivered really quickly. The experience we had was seamless and we definitely recommend working with this team for your project.

I had a terrific experience with Brooklyn Tile & Design. Carlo was a pleasure to work with, as was Ivette.
